REFUND POLICY
You can return an item for a refund within 21 days of the date of purchase.The item must be in original condition and meet the following requirements:
- NOT Washed
- NOT Damaged
- NOT Worn
- Original Proof of purchase
- Original packaging
- Purchased at an official website at
www.flowerclub.co.za / Instore at 49 Tlale street , Pretoria , Atteridgeville or one of our POP -Ups
6. NO REFUND on promotional items
Refunds To be processed to the original payment method only.
*PLEASE NOTE COURIER FEES WILL BE INCURRED BY THE CUSTOMER AND Refunded once the items have been received and checked .
EXCHANGE POLICY
You can exchange an item within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided it meets all the conditions below:
